Semi-Private Sessions

Our semi-private sessions provide a platform for our athletes to prosper in a fun and competitive team environment. This program provides the opportunity for a collective group to train together to achieve their own individual training goals, whilst working among their peers.

- Group performance testing
- Physical assessment
- Individualised programming
- Weekly wellness check-ins
- Nutritional coaching

Junior Development

Our Youth Athlete Development sessions are a group-based program whereby junior athletes get the opportunity to train among other team sports athletes. This program is suitable for athletes wanting to learn the fundamentals of strength training and enhance their performance and well-being.

Services Include:
- Group performance testing
- Group structured programs
- Theory-based educational seminars
- Wellness check-ins

Online Coaching

Our online platform is an external training Platform in which clients can build autonomy, with the guidance of structured programming and coaching. This is best suited to athletes that can’t make it into the gym, or those who prefer to train within their own surroundings.

Services Include:
- Weekly programming
- Weekly wellness check-ins
- Nutritional coaching
- Video and verbal feedback

PACKAGE 1

$110 per week

12 weeks (x3 Semi Private Sessions per week)

  • 2 strength sessions + 1 track session

  • 2 x 60-minute strength training session

  • 1x 40-minute track session focused on speed and acceleration

  • Individualised strength and conditioning programming

  • Access to monthly group track session

  • Pre-training movement screening

  • Pre-training performance testing and assessment

  • Post-training performance testing and assessment


PACKAGE 2

$130 per week

12-week Pre-season Program (x2 Sessions per week)

  • 1x 60-minute strength session

  • 1x 40-minute track session focused on speed and acceleration
